Michael P. Meehan, Ph.D. - Executive Director  854.5701

Dr. Meehan is a licensed psychologist and graduate of Loyola University of Chicago.  He has worked professionally with children, adolescents and families for more than 20 years.  He served in a variety of clinical and management roles at Hawthorn Children's Psychiatric Hospital; Director of Children and Adolescent Services for Hopewell Center; and Associate Executive Director for Epworth Children & Family Services before taking on the role of Executive Director for Good Shepherd.  He is an experienced teacher and lecturer and has serves as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology for Maryville University.

Teresa Hayner joined the staff of Catholic Services for Children & Youth in 1995 and continued with the agency as it merged into Good Shepherd Children & Family Services.  She has a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois and is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri.  Teresa has 25 years of experience in Child Welfare Services.

Kathy Fowler started her tenure as Director of Treatment Services for Good Shepherd in 2011.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Science and Education from Southwest Missouri State, a Master's Degree in Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville and is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri.  Kathy has 7 years of experience working in Residential Care of foster youth.

Jack Lipin - Business Director   854.5715

Jack was Director of Finance for Saints Joachim and Ann Care Service prior to joining Good Shepherd.  Before joining the nonprofit world he spent twenty-seven years at Madison Warehouse Corporation specializing in facility management.  He served as the accounting manager in Baltimore before noving to St. Louis in 1988.  Here he served as Assistant Controller, Vice President Controller, and then as President of the Madison Group of Companies.  Jack is a graduate of the University of Baltimore where he received a B.S. Degree in Accounting.

Mike Whelan joined Good Shepherd in 2011.  He has more than 25 years experience in development, fundraising, and public relations in education for five universities; healthcare, human services and secondary education institutions; and with fundraising consulting firms.  He has a B.A. in Communications from Wright State University and a Master's Degree in Communications from Lindenwood University,
